I popped into the store the other day... it's brimming with feminine items. A haven for young individuals!! It's not quite my style of shop, though... but then again, I'm not trendy, haha. It lacks a bit of ambiance, if I'm being honest. Some things are reasonably priced, while others lean towards the expensive side. The owner, with a quirky hairstyle, and the entire team were quite rude! I almost walked out, but I maintained my composure as they had already begun the job. They kept giving me side-eye and rolling their eyes! Despite my request for a normal pedicure instead of gel, they insisted on using gel as normal polish takes longer to dry! It's frustrating when they think they know better than the customers! Not a satisfactory job, not cleaned properly, and I suspect the nail polish may have expired. I wish I had read these reviews before going there. Initially, I was told £35 by the guy, but the owner charged me £40. I couldn't be bothered to argue; I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible! Extremely rude! No manners at all! I have been coming to Alex for years initially for Bowen therapy due to having lower back niggles.. Bowen therapy is a unique treatment and I still don't know how it fully works.. Alex also does a massage alongside your bowen and puts you at ease immediately... I also come to get electrolysis .. not many people do electrolysis and Alex is excellent ... Had my laser session today, arrived early and was met with such a warm welcome.
Dr. Aisha attended to me and provided valuable advice even without a prior appointment. Karen and Lorraine were incredibly helpful as well.
The technician who conducted my laser treatment was meticulous and courteous (didn't catch her name but she's relatively new), she guided me through each step and remained attentive throughout.

I had the most incredible pedicure and hot stone massage today. The lady who did my pedicure, massage, and nails treated me with such care. She consistently checked if I was comfortable and needed anything. It was hands down the best pedicure and nail treatment I've ever had. I highly recommend her.
