I booked a full spa day with 100 minutes of treatments but only received a total of 60 minutes. I was made to have lunch at 11.30 and then immediately had my treatment on a full stomach. Despite my complaint, I was given an apology and promised a refund that never materialised. Would not recommend. I am a very picky individual when it comes to my hair and after spending almost a year in Taunton I couldn't find anyone I liked to do my highlights.
