Isla went through everything as she was performing it, and all the post-care thoroughly.
The studio was cleaned thoroughly and sterilised.

To say he is talented is an understatement, as well as extremely professional. My make up and all of my bridal parties make up was gorgeous from the start to the end of the day. I also had an Elemis facial by Lawrence who was very helpful in recommending products for my skincare routine, making me feel super relaxed. The neck and shoulder massage was lovely as well. The coffee was tasty too. The receptionist was very kind and gave me a birthday discount! Visited this salon with my son who is autistic and does not enjoy haircuts. When I informed the stylist that my son can be a bit challenging due to his autism, he callously refused to proceed, pointing at my son on the floor. Thankfully, a female stylist intervened, claiming she was better equipped to handle such situations. Despite her insensitive remark, I agreed to let her proceed with the haircut. However, when my son began to cry, she abruptly stopped and declared she couldn't continue unless he sat still. I offered to hold him to calm him down, but they adamantly refused. I refrained from causing a scene to shield my son from feeling different, even though he may not comprehend everything that was said. This blatant discrimination is utterly appalling.
