I have been frequenting Sapphire Nails for about a year now, visiting every 2 or 3 weeks. The team is consistently warm and courteous, even offering a selection of hot drinks. Their skilled staff have always been able to bring my nail design visions to life with a wide array of colours and styles to choose from. My nails are impeccably cared for, and I've encountered no issues. While the shop can get busy due to their popularity, they do give a heads-up upon arrival. I now make it a point to book in advance via text message most weeks. I had a terrible experience getting my navel pierced about 6-7 weeks ago. The bar used was too small, causing it to rub against my skin and develop a painful lump. Similarly, my friend also had her navel pierced at the same place, and the small bar caused a raw bump around her piercing. Despite following the cleaning instructions diligently, the issues persisted, leading to discomfort and disappointment.
