Although my nails look stunning post-salon visit, I leave feeling unwanted. Alex, who does my nails, lacks conversation and seems disinterested in talking to me. Regardless of the reason, in customer service, clients should never feel like a bother or unwelcome. I will not return, and I definitely won't recommend this place to anyone. Holly makes you feel totally relaxed before and during your appointment, relieving any anxieties you may have and will professionally advise on treatments on an individual basis.
