Encountered a woman so unpleasant and malicious that she made an elderly lady unwell, displaying a complete lack of respect for anyone but herself. I must emphasize that I am referring to Gail. There are numerous tea rooms in Bath, but my colleague suggested this one when my 18 year old son asked if he could experience a traditional English tea for the first time as a birthday treat. Upon entering, I was delighted we followed my colleague’s advice! Quaint & welcoming describes it, as opposed to the more formal atmosphere in some of the grander establishments. Due to its size, we did have to wait a bit, but since we hadn’t made a reservation, this was to be expected. I went in for an infil and replacement of two nails, booked in for 17.15 and was out within half an hour. Wasn't too impressed when I saw that some nails hadn't got full coverage of acrylic and that the Apexes wernt balanced. I didn't question it as I didn't pick it up until the gel was applied. From afar they look okay but up closely there's a lot of mistakes that were made and I feel like they were rushed due to closing at 18.00.
