Beware! The online booking system is unreliable. The staff were unwelcoming and rude. Upon seeing available appointments online, I called in but regretted it. There are better ways to treat customers, regardless of whether they are regulars or not, especially with many other salons in Cottingham. I was searching for a local salon for my daughter but even she was put off by the unfriendliness of the staff. As we left, she said, “let’s not go back in there, Mummy,” wise words from a five-year-old. Despite the range of services offered, I am in search of a friendly local salon.
