Throughout, Finley has been extremely kind and patient, putting me at ease and comforting me, by addressing all my questions and concerns during the initial consultation, and always checking in during treatment, whether that’s in relation to shape, colour or size - knowing exactly what I want and making sure that I’m happy with everything. I am absolutely in love with my new brows, receiving so many compliments on how beautiful and natural they look. If you are anything like me, having some initial reservations whether to try microblading, then Finley is your person - I wish I would have come sooner! I recently indulged in a Luxury Gel Pedicure with Hot Paraffin Wax, and the total cost came to £73, inclusive of gel removal. I had high hopes for a luxurious and relaxing experience, given my choice of the "luxury" option. However, I was left feeling quite uncomfortable and far from relaxed during the session. Had the most peculiar encounter. It took a good 4 hours to get my highlights done. Two apprentices were assigned to work on my hair, but some sections needed touching up as they didn't apply enough product. They had to keep seeking assistance from their mentor. One of them found the task too dull and, after complaining about leg discomfort (at such a young age?), she left the other girl to handle everything. The latter was the only one displaying true professionalism. For the other apprentices, it felt like being at a bustling market - loud, with profanities every few words, and constantly taking selfies. If this is the upcoming generation of hairdressers, we clients are in for a challenge. To add to the experience, I didn't have time for a blow-dry and had to leave with wet hair. Despite this, the 'mentor' still charged me for the service. I'm tempted to rate this less than 3 stars, but I'll be generous because I appreciated the effort of one of the students.
