I have recently finished a 6-week wellness retreat with Emma and the other practitioners and oh my, it was everything I didn't know I needed! After becoming a parent last year I was eager to reclaim some dedicated 'me' time so when I saw the wellness retreat offering it ticked so many boxes - strength training, yoga, massage, cold water therapy.
