James did an absolutely fantastic job at my wedding, doing my hair, my mum's, bridesmaid and flower girl. From the trials to the wedding day, he gave me ideas, tried different styles and made me feel absolutely amazing. I regularly get my hair cut and coloured with James and I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is a brilliant hairdresser and a lovely person.

Why have two service desks at the pharmacy area if they only serve at the prescription collection point? I wandered around the shop browsing while waiting for them to return from lunch. I could have been waiting in the queue at the prescription area if there was a sign indicating when they would be back. After lunch, I approached the non-prescription over-the-counter desk only to be told in an abrupt and annoyed manner that there was only one queue, which by that time had grown to 20 people long.
