My first visit to Elaine's was just before Christmas, and I'm already planning my return. The salon exudes warmth and cleanliness, and you feel welcomed the moment you walk in. Elaine herself is a delightful individual, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable in her domain. Opting for a glycopeel facial during my initial visit was a fantastic choice; the results left my skin glowing and smooth for days. As a Beauty student myself, I have always received excellent service at this nail salon. This was my first time getting builder gel on my nails, and although I felt it was a bit pricey for the service, I am overall satisfied with the outcome. The salon proposed to redo them, but I couldn't see the point - the service and handling of the complaint were very poor.
