Helen is truly fantastic! I encountered her for the first time in 2019 when I had a neck issue, and within half an hour of her treatment, I could move it again! Recently, I went to see her again due to a diagnosis of labyrinthitis, and after just 20 minutes of a massage on my neck, shoulders, and head, along with candle therapy in both ears, she proved once more how amazing she is. Plus, she's a lovely person xx

Just 3 stars as my
appointment time wasn't kept. Was informed upon arrival that she was running slightly behind schedule. We all fall behind with appointments, but in my view, running slightly late means 10 minutes, not 30. I believe I should have been informed upon arrival that there would be a 30-minute wait, so I could decide whether to reschedule or wait. Additionally, I was not pleased with a member of the team coughing over me without covering their mouth.
