Sherise was exceptional today and kindly accommodated my last-minute appointment request. My manicure is impeccable, as is always the case at Elara. I have been a loyal patron for over five years, entrusting no one else with my nails. The entire team is remarkably talented, friendly, and courteous. The front desk is efficiently managed, well-organised, and polite. I am truly grateful for the numerous occasions when I forgot to schedule an appointment or arrived late, yet they still managed to accommodate me.
