I wholeheartedly recommend her and only wish I could visit on a weekly basis. If I could, I would give her 10 stars without hesitation!

I've frequented No 5 Beauty & Aesthetics during the summer for BIAB manicures and pedicures. Initially, everything was fantastic - easy booking process, timely email reminders, and superb nail work by a delightful therapist. However, on my second visit, my appointment was cancelled last minute due to traffic issues. Despite living nearby and being retired, I was able to reschedule without much hassle. Once again, I was pleased with the results. Today, my third visit was set for 9am. Yet again, I received a cancellation text at 7.30am due to staff illness, offering another slot tomorrow. Unfortunately, I have my stepdaughter's wedding to attend, missing out on having beautifully done nails.
