I've been to this salon a few times and had good experiences, until today. It was really busy and the manicurist was filing my nails too quickly, causing me to get hurt and bleed. When I raised this issue, the staff member I spoke to didn't seem to care or offer an apology. You can tell there was a lot of experience and knowledge under their belt and I will definitely be returning for more piercings soon!
