I've been to this salon a few times and had good experiences, until today. It was really busy and the manicurist was filing my nails too quickly, causing me to get hurt and bleed. When I raised this issue, the staff member I spoke to didn't seem to care or offer an apology. I had a great experience getting my septum pierced around December 2023. I didn't get the name of my piercer but they were amazing. You can tell there was a lot of experience and knowledge under their belt and I will definitely be returning for more piercings soon! I have been a loyal customer of Rosa Thai massage for many years, but this was my first visit to the city centre location. I had a wonderful massage today, the therapist who performed my 90-minute session was excellent and really helped alleviate my neck pain. The treatment room was cozy and warm, perfect for the winter season. The only downside was the noise from one of the staff members having loud conversations on the phone outside the room and slamming doors, disrupting the peaceful ambiance.
