I underwent laser treatment for my eyebrows and Renata was highly professional. She provided detailed explanations about the process. Due to my previously dark and blocked eyebrows, it will take some time to fully remove the pigment. I am delighted with the progress as my eyebrows are significantly lighter now. Despite my initial fear of the procedure being painful, it was actually tolerable, feeling more like a hot pinching sensation. Post-treatment, there was minor swelling and redness which subsided after a few hours as explained. Oh my goodness! What a discovery. Used via a voucher, with adolescent son. The salon is absolutely buzzing with activity and energy. So warm and accommodating, truly a family-like atmosphere, and new clients embraced into the community. Both had shellac pedicures done beautifully by Emily, who's a superstar 🌟. My temperamental Mark had a haircut and blow-dry and he was unusually cheerful 😊. They even found a slot for me for an additional curly blow-dry, as feeling a bit left out!! They have in-store promotions, with 3 treatments for £30, so able to enjoy a full pampering session at a great price!
