I underwent laser treatment for my eyebrows and Renata was highly professional. She provided detailed explanations about the process. Due to my previously dark and blocked eyebrows, it will take some time to fully remove the pigment. I am delighted with the progress as my eyebrows are significantly lighter now. Despite my initial fear of the procedure being painful, it was actually tolerable, feeling more like a hot pinching sensation. Post-treatment, there was minor swelling and redness which subsided after a few hours as explained. I have been going to Isla for 3 months now & honestly she is AMAZING!. So professional, caring and knowledgeable. She has aided my recovery so much since having surgery. She made me feel so comfortable & welcome and is so genuine and kind. Although I originally came for MLD massage for medical purposes I have found Isla’s service so relaxing and enjoyable - from the heated bed to the air purifier to sharing conversations with Isla. My body is now recovering well & I genuinely credit Isla for that. Oh my goodness! What a discovery. Used via a voucher, with adolescent son. The salon is absolutely buzzing with activity and energy. So warm and accommodating, truly a family-like atmosphere, and new clients embraced into the community. Both had shellac pedicures done beautifully by Emily, who's a superstar 🌟. My temperamental Mark had a haircut and blow-dry and he was unusually cheerful 😊. They even found a slot for me for an additional curly blow-dry, as feeling a bit left out!! They have in-store promotions, with 3 treatments for £30, so able to enjoy a full pampering session at a great price!
