I will never return to that establishment. I had eyelash extensions done, and they did not meet my specifications. I was left with sore, overfilled lashes, and was assured they would settle and shed within a day or so. When I returned to have them removed an hour later, the shop was closed! I had to pay to have them removed elsewhere, and the technicians were shocked by the work done at Lilly's. I question the qualifications of the staff there. When I complained and requested a refund, I was offered free lashes as compensation. I found this laughable, as I have no intention of ever setting foot in that place again. AVOID at all costs! They left me out of pocket, refused to answer my calls, and the whole experience was a disgrace. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Maya Blue Wellness is a hidden gem nestled beneath the Titanic Hotel in Stanley Dock. It serves as a true sanctuary for wellness! I relished in the hydrotherapy pool, steam room, sanarium, and foot bath. While they do have a sauna, I didn't have the chance to use it. The only downside to this wonderful experience is the absence of herbal teas or fruits. I would like to propose the inclusion of healthy hot or cold beverages and fruits (either dried or fresh) for a slight increase in the facility usage fee.© 2025 NoSecretSalon
