I will never return to that establishment. I had eyelash extensions done, and they did not meet my specifications. I was left with sore, overfilled lashes, and was assured they would settle and shed within a day or so. When I returned to have them removed an hour later, the shop was closed! I had to pay to have them removed elsewhere, and the technicians were shocked by the work done at Lilly's. I question the qualifications of the staff there. When I complained and requested a refund, I was offered free lashes as compensation. I found this laughable, as I have no intention of ever setting foot in that place again. AVOID at all costs! They left me out of pocket, refused to answer my calls, and the whole experience was a disgrace. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Oh my goodness! What a discovery. Used via a voucher, with adolescent son. The salon is absolutely buzzing with activity and energy. So warm and accommodating, truly a family-like atmosphere, and new clients embraced into the community. Both had shellac pedicures done beautifully by Emily, who's a superstar 🌟. My temperamental Mark had a haircut and blow-dry and he was unusually cheerful 😊. They even found a slot for me for an additional curly blow-dry, as feeling a bit left out!! They have in-store promotions, with 3 treatments for £30, so able to enjoy a full pampering session at a great price!
