I underwent laser treatment for my eyebrows and Renata was highly professional. She provided detailed explanations about the process. Due to my previously dark and blocked eyebrows, it will take some time to fully remove the pigment. I am delighted with the progress as my eyebrows are significantly lighter now. Despite my initial fear of the procedure being painful, it was actually tolerable, feeling more like a hot pinching sensation. Post-treatment, there was minor swelling and redness which subsided after a few hours as explained.
