Absolutely fantastic experience at the salon today. I came in for a quick tidy up and a trim, and the barber really took their time to ensure the cut was precise and faded perfectly. I love that the end result looks natural and not overly pristine. The price of £14 was a steal for the quality of service received. Have been having my hair styled at this salon for years by Roberta. Called last minute for an appointment last week and thankfully Roberta was able to squeeze me in. Besides the amazing results, all the employees treat you wonderfully, I was well taken care of by Harriet (best hair wash I've had - could have drifted off!) with a delightful cup of tea and also the always warm Fiona! Had a complete lip dye done and am absolutely thrilled with the outcomes, it has also enhanced my confidence. Gen is professional, compassionate and a perfectionist. During my consultation, I explained to Gen how I wanted my lips to appear and she provided me with advice in terms of colour, shape etc and ensured I was content with what we had both agreed on beforehand. She made me feel at ease and calm. Her salon is delightful and immaculate. I am dissatisfied with the Christmas facial package I received. Following the ultra lift radio frequency and LED mask treatments, I developed dark spots on my cheek. A skin test should have been conducted before the procedures. When I inquired with the attending staff, I was told it was unnecessary and not a cause for concern. Brow Wax- Despite having closer Benefit Brow bars, I prefer coming into town for my brow appointments with either Alice or recently Emma. They are both fantastic! Emma has done my brows the last few times (including today), she is an exceptional brow technician, offering suggestions while also attentively listening to ensure satisfaction with the shape etc. Her customer service is impeccable, I feel relaxed and her genuine interest in you as an individual shines through, she's a delightful person. Maya Blue Wellness is a hidden gem nestled beneath the Titanic Hotel in Stanley Dock. It serves as a true sanctuary for wellness! I relished in the hydrotherapy pool, steam room, sanarium, and foot bath. While they do have a sauna, I didn't have the chance to use it. The only downside to this wonderful experience is the absence of herbal teas or fruits. I would like to propose the inclusion of healthy hot or cold beverages and fruits (either dried or fresh) for a slight increase in the facility usage fee.© 2025 NoSecretSalon
