I am dissatisfied with the Christmas facial package I received. Following the ultra lift radio frequency and LED mask treatments, I developed dark spots on my cheek. A skin test should have been conducted before the procedures. When I inquired with the attending staff, I was told it was unnecessary and not a cause for concern. Maya Blue Wellness is a hidden gem nestled beneath the Titanic Hotel in Stanley Dock. It serves as a true sanctuary for wellness! I relished in the hydrotherapy pool, steam room, sanarium, and foot bath. While they do have a sauna, I didn't have the chance to use it. The only downside to this wonderful experience is the absence of herbal teas or fruits.
