All of the courses, led by Alex, were incredibly informative, supportive, and fruitful. Alex was extremely thorough in their approach and shared a wealth of valuable information along with personal "hints and tips" accumulated over years in the beauty sector. The intimate group sessions provided a comfortable and secure environment for asking questions. I will never return to that establishment. I had eyelash extensions done, and they did not meet my specifications. I was left with sore, overfilled lashes, and was assured they would settle and shed within a day or so. When I returned to have them removed an hour later, the shop was closed! I had to pay to have them removed elsewhere, and the technicians were shocked by the work done at Lilly's. I question the qualifications of the staff there. When I complained and requested a refund, I was offered free lashes as compensation. I found this laughable, as I have no intention of ever setting foot in that place again. AVOID at all costs! They left me out of pocket, refused to answer my calls, and the whole experience was a disgrace. AVOID AVOID AVOID. This clinic from when you first walk in is a 10/10, lovely environment, has the perfect balance of being friendly and professional. The variety of treatments on offer is amazing, my most impressive takeaway from my first appointment was the in-depth knowledge of everyone I spoke with.
As a returning client I find comfort in having confident experienced therapists perform and/or prep me for treatments. Questions I had about treatments were dealt with by a person with real knowledge each time. Everyone is genuinely lovely, special thanks to Jeanna and Ellie.
