Brow Wax- Despite having closer Benefit Brow bars, I prefer coming into town for my brow appointments with either Alice or recently Emma. They are both fantastic! Emma has done my brows the last few times (including today), she is an exceptional brow technician, offering suggestions while also attentively listening to ensure satisfaction with the shape etc. Her customer service is impeccable, I feel relaxed and her genuine interest in you as an individual shines through, she's a delightful person. I adore how she fills in my brows too... simply amazing!
