I visited today without a clear idea of what I wanted, so I left it to the barber to decide. The meticulous attention to detail and the care and dedication he showed were truly exceptional. I was overwhelmed with emotion and left the shop in tears, so delighted with the outcome. As a 25 stone former motorcyclist, I must say this man is a true artist, even though I am not a regular church attendee. I am immensely grateful to him. I read a comment about his singing; if he had sung for me, I would have felt like I was in heaven. Reviewing solely the pool and spa section, excluding the gym. Contemplated a membership but opted for a day pass first. Staff were courteous. Upon entering the locker room, initial disappointment set in. The ambiance felt reminiscent of an outdated high school locker room. Throughout, the basement-like setting and the constant hum of fans for humidity control created a noisy and uneasy environment. The hot tub lacked warmth and had missing tiles. The online images seemed outdated compared to the actual experience. On a positive note, the steam room was appropriately steamy, albeit the benches were highly uncomfortable. The service provided was absolutely appalling. My hair was completely ruined, and the attitude displayed was unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding this "beauty salon" at all costs. Acquired 'bug away' for my travels as many had mentioned numerous mosquito bites. Applied it daily and only got bitten once (on a rainy day). Ironically, I didn't think I needed it on a day I wore jeans, but returned home to discover four bites from the knee upwards! Fantastic product with a delightful scent. Will definitely purchase again. Thank you.
