I was gifted a full head of highlights at the London location for my birthday and was initially thrilled. However, upon leaving the salon, I felt extremely let down as the hair colour I explicitly requested not to have was created. Despite hoping it would grow on me, several people pointed out how patchy, streaky, and yellow it looked. When I raised my concerns with the salon and tried to schedule a correction appointment, I was told there was no availability and it was just a consultation! Despite my attempts to find a resolution, I was met with rudeness and made to feel belittled, with dismissive remarks about the state of my hair. Truly disappointed... Now I have to spend more money to have it fixed elsewhere as I no longer trust them. I will not be returning to this salon again. Terrible experience. (The photo was taken a few days after)About

I have been consulting with Dr. Harper for a few years now, and I wouldn't consider going elsewhere. My initial appointment with her was for my first Botox treatment ever. I felt quite anxious, but Dr. Harper was incredibly reassuring. She guided me through the entire process, easing all my concerns. The outcomes were truly remarkable! I also had noticeable hollows in my cheeks that always bothered me, and after discussing this with her, she explained the treatment options. I returned to her for a filler in my tear trough, and upon completion, I was overwhelmed with emotion. Those lines that had negatively impacted my self-esteem were simply erased. It was a significant boost to my self-confidence. Since then, I have also had fillers in my cheeks, lips, and chin. Didn't want to go somewhere crowded, and this felt secure and exclusive with just my child and I having treatments and the place all to ourselves! The staff were delightful, and Anthony in particular who provided my massage was fantastic. She even extended it as my child's treatment was taking longer. Had a facial by a lady who could advise me on the best type for my face, and my child had a non-chemical face peel. I’m really disappointed with the service I received here. I came into the salon to simply get my hair tied up as I had an event later that day and I’ve got a disability so I can’t do it myself. For something that would’ve simply taken 5 minutes, it was made into an hour and a half’s procedure. Everything that I requested not to happen, did happen. I asked the hairdresser not to use spray as I’d just washed my hair and he used it, and it left crusty/sticky residue in my hair. We came to take my hair out later and it had been tied in a knot and was matted, it has completely wrecked the ends of my hair. He said he wanted to cut my hair and I said no, and luckily he listened to that request as all others had been ignored. I came to pay, as I was expecting to have to pay a small fee for just putting it in a ponytail. I was charged £20 for having it be put in a half up half down, something that anybody could’ve done and the hairdresser said that this “was a discount”. I spoke to friends to receive advice later that day and they said that I’d been taken advantage of because of my disability.
