I indulged in a rejuvenating facial with the talented therapist named Emily, and I was amazed at how rejuvenated and youthful my skin looked afterwards! The Comfort Zone products were exceptional, and I left with a few to continue pampering myself at home. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and attentive. The spa ambiance was incredibly serene and inviting, and I was pleasantly surprised with a cocktail waiting for me post-treatment. Had a facial by a lady who could advise me on the best type for my face, and my child had a non-chemical face peel. I underwent this treatment without knowing what to expect and was amazed by how beneficial it was and how much better I felt afterwards. The trainee therapists were highly knowledgeable in their field and were acquiring additional skills, enabling them to share a wealth of information on why scars can cause various sensations. The treatment was overseen by a very experienced therapist who ensured that the approach was tailored to each individual.
Despite being in a group setting with others receiving treatment nearby, I felt secure and my treatment felt very personalised.
