I was assured that I would receive a follow-up email within a day or so with details on pricing, procedures, etc. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. Oh my goodness! I stumbled upon this salon thanks to a Groupon voucher and visited today for a full head of highlights and blow-dry - I will definitely return! Ida and the other lady (apologies for forgetting your name 😭) were exceptionally helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I have very thick hair, and many hairdressers tend to lose patience when doing highlights on me, but not these ladies! The bleach resulted in such a fantastic colour that I didn't even require a toner (a first for me, but it was fantastic 😅). The staff truly are experts in their craft, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. My experience here was truly wonderful. Highly recommended with 100% confidence!About

A cosy (three treatment rooms) spa with a Gym, Sauna, and Steam Room, which is just ideal at this moment. Didn't want to go somewhere crowded, and this felt secure and exclusive with just my child and I having treatments and the place all to ourselves! The staff were delightful, and Anthony in particular who provided my massage was fantastic. She even extended it as my child's treatment was taking longer. Had a facial by a lady who could advise me on the best type for my face, and my child had a non-chemical face peel. Hands down the finest hairdresser I've ever come across. Yara truly knows her stuff and is exceptionally precise. She has top-notch tools and uses them with great skill. Yara also offers guidance on which hairstyle would suit you best. The setting within the Hackett shop is lovely, with a small bar right nearby.
