What a fantastic spa tucked away on the 6th floor of the W hotel! I indulged in a rejuvenating facial with the talented therapist named Emily, and I was amazed at how rejuvenated and youthful my skin looked afterwards! The Comfort Zone products were exceptional, and I left with a few to continue pampering myself at home. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and attentive. The spa ambiance was incredibly serene and inviting, and I was pleasantly surprised with a cocktail waiting for me post-treatment. A big thank you to Tamara, Emily, Agnis, and the manager Lucy for their exceptional service. I will definitely be returning for more!About

Arrived early on a Saturday hoping for an available slot and was delighted to be seated immediately. With my long, thick hair of Asian descent, it's challenging to get a good cut without it looking choppy. I was charged extra due to my hair length, making it £30 for a dry cut. Despite the cost, the result was lovely, especially since I hadn't cut my hair in three years. I might consider returning. The director is a traitor, who enjoys discriminating against Caucasians. Never had an issue entering a store and exiting due to lack of desired items, yet around 20:20 today when leaving the shop the director triggered the alarm and then repeatedly questioned me about my pockets, despite demonstrating by walking back through that it wasn't me causing the alarm. Disgusting accusations ensued, not conduct fitting of any M & S, let alone any other retail outlet. Oh my goodness! I stumbled upon this salon thanks to a Groupon voucher and visited today for a full head of highlights and blow-dry - I will definitely return! Ida and the other lady (apologies for forgetting your name 😭) were exceptionally helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I have very thick hair, and many hairdressers tend to lose patience when doing highlights on me, but not these ladies! The bleach resulted in such a fantastic colour that I didn't even require a toner (a first for me, but it was fantastic 😅). After a 30-minute journey, I arrived to find it closed without any explanation.
