Didn't want to go somewhere crowded, and this felt secure and exclusive with just my child and I having treatments and the place all to ourselves! The staff were delightful, and Anthony in particular who provided my massage was fantastic. She even extended it as my child's treatment was taking longer. Had a facial by a lady who could advise me on the best type for my face, and my child had a non-chemical face peel. With my long, thick hair of Asian descent, it's challenging to get a good cut without it looking choppy. I was charged extra due to my hair length, making it £30 for a dry cut. Despite the cost, the result was lovely, especially since I hadn't cut my hair in three years. I might consider returning.
