She expertly detailed the products and procedure, applying just the right pressure. My husband's deep tissue massage by Hannah left him in a state of pure relaxation. He was absolutely rejuvenated! Had to reschedule our booking last minute, and Hanna graciously assisted us. On the day, Erica warmly greeted us and even recommended a lunch spot post-treatment. Staff answered all of my queries in a timely manner. Dr Alexandra imparted such useful practical knowledge onto me that I am fully confident in my ability to perform dermal filling safely. I opted for the solid gold pieces. The piercing room was well-lit and clean, and the piercer made me feel comfortable. She collaborated with me for the best placement and took into account my ear design preferences. I was anticipating the piercing to be painful but it wasn’t. She executed it so swiftly that I hardly felt a thing! She provided me with aftercare instructions and explained about downsizing in a few months.
