She consistently checks in to ensure I'm comfortable as the intensity increases, showing great sensitivity to my skin's needs. I've been thrilled with the results so far - after the initial session, I noticed a significant reduction in hair growth, which was a pleasant surprise! Now, after 4 sessions, my hair growth has decreased dramatically, and my skin has never felt smoother! I have been a patron of Heavenly Massages in Glasgow for over 8 years, and I have consistently been pleased with their services. However, my last visit on Friday 5/1 was a dreadful experience. I encountered a new therapist, a brunette woman, whose techniques were overly aggressive and rapid, causing me great stress and discomfort. It felt as though she was striking my back rather than massaging it. She deviated from the usual routine and failed to inquire about any medical conditions, unlike previous therapists. The next day, I awoke with excruciating pain in my neck and back, which persists. This experience fell far below the professional standards I have come to expect from Heavenly Massages. I will ensure to avoid her in the future, if she is still employed there!About

I’m really disappointed with the service I received here. I came into the salon to simply get my hair tied up as I had an event later that day and I’ve got a disability so I can’t do it myself. For something that would’ve simply taken 5 minutes, it was made into an hour and a half’s procedure. Everything that I requested not to happen, did happen. I asked the hairdresser not to use spray as I’d just washed my hair and he used it, and it left crusty/sticky residue in my hair. We came to take my hair out later and it had been tied in a knot and was matted, it has completely wrecked the ends of my hair. He said he wanted to cut my hair and I said no, and luckily he listened to that request as all others had been ignored. I came to pay, as I was expecting to have to pay a small fee for just putting it in a ponytail. I was charged £20 for having it be put in a half up half down, something that anybody could’ve done and the hairdresser said that this “was a discount”. I spoke to friends to receive advice later that day and they said that I’d been taken advantage of because of my disability.
