What a fantastic spa tucked away on the 6th floor of the W hotel! I indulged in a rejuvenating facial with the talented therapist named Emily, and I was amazed at how rejuvenated and youthful my skin looked afterwards! The Comfort Zone products were exceptional, and I left with a few to continue pampering myself at home. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and attentive. The spa ambiance was incredibly serene and inviting, and I was pleasantly surprised with a cocktail waiting for me post-treatment. Arrived early on a Saturday hoping for an available slot and was delighted to be seated immediately. With my long, thick hair of Asian descent, it's challenging to get a good cut without it looking choppy. I was charged extra due to my hair length, making it £30 for a dry cut. Despite the cost, the result was lovely, especially since I hadn't cut my hair in three years. I might consider returning. Reached out to Alex while overseas, they provided guidance and recommended purchasing antifungal medication for my feet, in addition to the cream. Thankfully, I had already packed the foot lift cream and nail drops. My feet healed, and I felt confident enough to wear my sandals.
