The Comfort Zone products were exceptional, and I left with a few to continue pampering myself at home. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and attentive. The spa ambiance was incredibly serene and inviting, and I was pleasantly surprised with a cocktail waiting for me post-treatment. With my long, thick hair of Asian descent, it's challenging to get a good cut without it looking choppy. I was charged extra due to my hair length, making it £30 for a dry cut. Despite the cost, the result was lovely, especially since I hadn't cut my hair in three years. I might consider returning. Disgusting accusations ensued, not conduct fitting of any M & S, let alone any other retail outlet.
