Ida and the other lady (apologies for forgetting your name 😭) were exceptionally helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I have very thick hair, and many hairdressers tend to lose patience when doing highlights on me, but not these ladies! The bleach resulted in such a fantastic colour that I didn't even require a toner (a first for me, but it was fantastic 😅). Reserved a night here in the adjacent hotel to utilise the Mandara spa facilities. The massages were exceptional by Rhiannon along with the delightful assortment of fruit, nuts, cookies, and teas in the relaxation area. Also relished using the exclusive lounge area where more food was already prepared for us to enjoy. The only thing we paid for all day was a bottle of wine as all the other food and drinks were included in our spa package, which was on a special offer at £129 for two people with four massages each and full use of the spa facilities, including pool, sauna, steam room, showers, and loungers. (Could really do with more loungers or chairs). The hotel itself is sizeable with eateries, a bar area, and live music with ample seating. All signs of fatigue and tension have seemingly evaporated, leaving me with a more youthful appearance overall. The procedure itself was incredibly soothing, yet engaging enough to prevent drowsiness. I appreciated how my exceptionally knowledgeable and compassionate therapist, Alex, kept me updated at every juncture, detailing the techniques and ingredients being utilised. The LED therapy was a delightful addition, and the lack of downtime was a definite bonus. I cannot recommend it highly enough ✨
