The layout is beautifully compact and comprehensive, with a wide selection of clearly displayed hair products, complemented by hair styling coffee table books and comfortable seating throughout. The colour scheme consists of soft greys, cream, bronze, and green, illuminated by gentle LED lighting. There's nothing aggressive or overly flashy about the design, yet it exudes an undeniable sense of sophistication. My welcome was warm, genuine, and a testament to the fact that all staff enjoy working here (a rarity in the hair and beauty industry!). It was quite remarkable not to have a wet neckline after my hair wash. Being short, I usually struggle with the standard salon basin seats and end up feeling a bit damp, but not this time. I had a skin test done as part of booking in as a colour model, and even that was carried out with grace, leaving no smudges on my arms. My visit was extremely pleasant, so I highly recommend paying a visit to this relatively new establishment (opened in 2018). The array of treatments available was impressive, all featuring organic products. Opted for an aromatherapy massage and Fouzia, my therapist, delivered an exceptional experience. She expertly detailed the products and procedure, applying just the right pressure. My husband's deep tissue massage by Hannah left him in a state of pure relaxation. He was absolutely rejuvenated! Had to reschedule our booking last minute, and Hanna graciously assisted us. On the day, Erica warmly greeted us and even recommended a lunch spot post-treatment. Very friendly staff who were supportive throughout the course, the online materials told me everything I needed to know to prepare for the real thing - even though I have no medical background whatsoever! Staff answered all of my queries in a timely manner. Dr Alexandra imparted such useful practical knowledge onto me that I am fully confident in my ability to perform dermal filling safely. Visited Astrid and Miyu (Manchester) for a conch and helix piercing. I felt welcomed and relaxed. There are numerous beautiful pieces of jewelry to choose from at different price points. I opted for the solid gold pieces. The piercing room was well-lit and clean, and the piercer made me feel comfortable. She collaborated with me for the best placement and took into account my ear design preferences. I was anticipating the piercing to be painful but it wasn’t. She executed it so swiftly that I hardly felt a thing! She provided me with aftercare instructions and explained about downsizing in a few months.
