Avoid. This place has the strangest vibe around money - they don't disclose prices and attempt to conceal them from you. They seem offended when you inquire about or question the price of anything. I underwent a consultation and as I was scheduling my appointment and departing (after the consultation with the doctor - during which she quickly muttered the price at the very end), the receptionist informed me I had to purchase their skincare products before I could book the appointment. I mentioned that I have had similar skincare treatments many times before and do not require any new products at home (it's a facewash they insist you buy for around a hundred pounds). The doctor then emerged and confirmed I must buy it before the appointment - I mentioned it was odd they didn't mention that during my consultation when discussing costs. I then asked the doctor to confirm the final cost of my appointment and assure me that I don't need to buy any additional products from them - she confirmed. On the day of my treatment, when I went to pay, it was £100 more than what I was told. I raised this concern, and the receptionist said it was because the moisturizer I needed was an additional £90. I inquired 1) why she's charging me an extra hundred if it's £90 (she had already attempted to swiftly alter the number on her end to match what she had just quoted), and 2) that I don't want or need that moisturizer and was informed last time I could use the products I have at home. The doctor came out again and insisted I had to purchase the product. HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS AND ODD BEHAVIOUR. Strange because I have paid more at other clinics and haven't minded, and was also willing to spend money on multiple treatments here, but the fact that these individuals are so peculiar about money and try to negotiate and deceive you as if you won't notice, lie to you, etc. I won't be surprised if this place ends up on one of these "actually a scam" Netflix shows soon.About
