I was pleasantly surprised by my session with James. Initially seeking acupuncture for my knee pain, I shared with him the stress I was under. To my delight, he combined acupuncture, massage, head massage, and reflexology to alleviate my stress. The session left me feeling rejuvenated and truly great.
It was my first ever eyebrow wax and Shazia was amazing. She talked me through, made me feel comfortable and relaxed and even though I don’t live in London I will travel specifically for her to do them! Had a luxurious one hour VIP experience with Christia. Incredibly professional - we engaged in a thorough discussion about my current skincare regimen and any medical concerns given this being my facial with SDL.
The treatment itself was absolutely fantastic. I had been using a few SDL products for a couple of months leading up to the treatment - the serum and moisturiser - and I've noticed a significant improvement in the brightness and hydration of my skin.
While the one hour session was undeniably relaxing, my main focus is on achieving results, and this treatment definitely delivers.
I will definitely be coming back.

I opted for the solid gold pieces. The piercing room was well-lit and clean, and the piercer made me feel comfortable. She collaborated with me for the best placement and took into account my ear design preferences. I was anticipating the piercing to be painful but it wasn’t. She executed it so swiftly that I hardly felt a thing! She provided me with aftercare instructions and explained about downsizing in a few months. All signs of fatigue and tension have seemingly evaporated, leaving me with a more youthful appearance overall. The procedure itself was incredibly soothing, yet engaging enough to prevent drowsiness. I appreciated how my exceptionally knowledgeable and compassionate therapist, Alex, kept me updated at every juncture, detailing the techniques and ingredients being utilised.
