The layout is beautifully compact and comprehensive, with a wide selection of clearly displayed hair products, complemented by hair styling coffee table books and comfortable seating throughout. The colour scheme consists of soft greys, cream, bronze, and green, illuminated by gentle LED lighting. There's nothing aggressive or overly flashy about the design, yet it exudes an undeniable sense of sophistication. My welcome was warm, genuine, and a testament to the fact that all staff enjoy working here (a rarity in the hair and beauty industry!). It was quite remarkable not to have a wet neckline after my hair wash. Being short, I usually struggle with the standard salon basin seats and end up feeling a bit damp, but not this time. I had a skin test done as part of booking in as a colour model, and even that was carried out with grace, leaving no smudges on my arms. My visit was extremely pleasant, so I highly recommend paying a visit to this relatively new establishment (opened in 2018). Yuki, a delightful Japanese stylist, gave me the perfect bob cut. She was meticulous in every step, from washing to cutting to the final blow-dry. I am confident this cut will grow out beautifully. I am not usually talkative during hair appointments, but Yuki was so kind and pleasant that I found myself chatting throughout the entire session. Oh my goodness! I stumbled upon this salon thanks to a Groupon voucher and visited today for a full head of highlights and blow-dry - I will definitely return! Ida and the other lady (apologies for forgetting your name 😭) were exceptionally helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I have very thick hair, and many hairdressers tend to lose patience when doing highlights on me, but not these ladies! The bleach resulted in such a fantastic colour that I didn't even require a toner (a first for me, but it was fantastic 😅).
