I had a facial with Charlie last Friday and all I can say is WOW! I'm no stranger to facials or beauty treatments in general but the Elemis Dynamic facial was something else. I felt entirely relaxed and comfortable with Charlie, he was warm, cheery & so knowledgeable - letting me know what it was that he was going to do and the benefits it would have on my skin.
