I received an amazing massage from Simon yesterday. I had a sports injury in my back, so Simon focused on that area. After the massage, I felt the pain ease away and today I woke up feeling much more refreshed. For the first time in weeks, I could stretch my back without any or minimal pain!

No courtesy at all! Disregarded a design that was agreed upon beforehand!
Had to interrupt halfway to inform him it wasn't what I had requested, and he was rude, uncooperative, and quite intimidating.
Started working on someone else's nails and ignored me, not even bothering to apply cuticle oil!
So rude and uncooperative!
