I enjoy my visits to Charlotte. After years of searching for a reasonably priced, skilled beautician nearby for regular upper back massages due to my sedentary desk job, I found Charlotte, who is exceptional. I've tried numerous local establishments over the years, but Charlotte surpasses them all. I now visit at least once a month. Highly recommended.

Charming salon with a friendly team and reasonable prices. They consistently check if you're content with the shapes. A special shoutout to Khan who did my nail colour today; when I asked if he could match the colour of my plaster cast on my arm, he absolutely nailed it. I'm genuinely thrilled with the result and will only be coming here; I finally feel at ease in a salon. Looking forward to my next appointment. I was a bit apprehensive as I had never undergone laser hair removal before, but James was Incredibly friendly and professional. I had my face, underarms, arms, and lower body treated with laser and felt completely at ease throughout. I would highly recommend James. My pedicure experience was quite disappointing. The varnish got smudged, then fixed but never properly set, leading me to redo it myself. Additionally, she accidentally cut my foot. The clean-up around my toes was subpar, as evident in the photo.
