They truly listen to your preferences and put in a significant amount of time and effort to ensure your satisfaction. When I first visited her clinic a few months ago, I was in significant pain, doubting that my shoulder issues could ever be resolved enough for me to return to the gym. Katy is warm, knowledgeable, and exceptionally professional. She immediately put me at ease, explained the issues with each shoulder, and most importantly, allowed me to leave her clinic feeling relieved, optimistic, and nearly pain-free.
