The osteopath I visited was Alex, who displayed exceptional knowledge and professionalism. Following a detailed consultation, Alex accurately identified the issue - a few treatment sessions and guidance on exercises for me to do at the gym, and my back pain had completely vanished! I am truly grateful to Alex - as a 24 year old individual, I was determined not to let the pain persist, and now I can resume my daily activities without any back discomfort!

My significant other underwent 4 sessions of laser tattoo removal with Gina at Lomas Laser & Beauty. According to him - Gina is fantastic, she explains the process well and checks on you regularly throughout the session. The laser removal can be uncomfortable at times, but enduring it for a consistent 20-30 minutes for a large tattoo on the upper arm was bearable. Using an ice pack wrapped in a cloth before and after the session helped to cool and soothe the skin. After the 4 laser sessions, my tattoo has lightened enough for a new tattoo to easily cover it. I recently visited the German spa for a traditional massage. The masseuse, Franziska, provided a subpar experience. Throughout the 40-minute session, she remained silent and neglected to massage my hands, feet, or head. Despite my request for a gentle touch on my left shoulder due to a recent injury, she avoided that side of my body entirely. When I asked for more pressure, my request was disregarded. Her technique on my neck was lacklustre, and she only spent 40 minutes on a 50-minute treatment. Overall, a disappointing experience. I must note that my companions were satisfied with their massages. A friend recently recommended booking an appointment at Primark beauty studio. I decided to give it a try once, and it's been amazing. After two years and many disappointments at other salons, I finally achieved the exact look I was hoping for.
