I recently visited the German spa for a traditional massage. The masseuse, Franziska, provided a subpar experience. Throughout the 40-minute session, she remained silent and neglected to massage my hands, feet, or head. Despite my request for a gentle touch on my left shoulder due to a recent injury, she avoided that side of my body entirely. When I asked for more pressure, my request was disregarded. Her technique on my neck was lacklustre, and she only spent 40 minutes on a 50-minute treatment. Overall, a disappointing experience. I must note that my companions were satisfied with their massages.
