I found Jamie after they were recommended to me by a friend who sees them regularly for botox and lip fillers. I chose Jamie for my first ever botox treatment as I liked that they had years of nursing experience and clearly knew the importance of safety and hygiene. I have been going to impact for regular botox treatments for nearly 2 years now and couldn't be happier with the service and results. They are also extremely knowledgeable and have the best interest of their customers at heart, advising against treatments that they don't feel are needed which is rare in this industry! Both Jamie and Casey are so lovely, friendly and professional and are always flexible with appointments. Most importantly, the results are always fantastic! Before being referred to him, I was spending a significant amount on chiropractic treatments that were not effective for me. I had a misaligned pelvis, and after consistent sessions with Thorsten, my pelvis is now completely better. I now visit him every 4/6 weeks for maintenance or additional sessions. I engage in cross-training at least 5 times a week, and I am an intermediate-level cyclist who competes in long-distance events. The ambient music was incredibly calming, the massage bed was luxuriously wide, and the towels provided were delightfully soft.
