I found Jamie after they were recommended to me by a friend who sees them regularly for botox and lip fillers. I chose Jamie for my first ever botox treatment as I liked that they had years of nursing experience and clearly knew the importance of safety and hygiene. I have been going to impact for regular botox treatments for nearly 2 years now and couldn't be happier with the service and results. They are also extremely knowledgeable and have the best interest of their customers at heart, advising against treatments that they don't feel are needed which is rare in this industry! Both Jamie and Casey are so lovely, friendly and professional and are always flexible with appointments. Most importantly, the results are always fantastic! I've had multiple lymphatic massages here post tummy tuck and breast uplift surgeries. They've been instrumental in reducing swelling. Charlie's professionalism shines through in their work.
The ambient music was incredibly calming, the massage bed was luxuriously wide, and the towels provided were delightfully soft.
