Rebecca always creates a comfortable environment, and I genuinely anticipate my appointments for a good chat. I was warmly welcomed by the lady who greeted me at the entrance and later worked on my nails. I didn't have a prior appointment but was relieved to find out they accept walk-ins, which was very convenient for me. Emma is absolutely brilliant! This was my first time getting any treatments done, and she was incredibly patient, kind, and funny. Not to mention, she is a fabulous individual. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my eyebrows and waxing. The salon has a wonderful family-like atmosphere that I adore. Beth is truly remarkable and performs wonders I'm certain! I depart a wholly transformed individual I'm certain! My companion initially scheduled me for an urgent session as my shoulders were so tense, they were parallel with my ears and I couldn't turn my neck. They've instructed me on a few stretches to help prevent this in the future and it has had a miraculous effect! I've been scheduled in every month ever since! Exceptional for unwinding, correcting posture, relieving tight muscles and discomforts etc. Beth is easy to connect with, courteous and professional, but above all, outstanding at what they do! Highly recommend!

Had my fringe trimmed today. I had it cut here originally back in August and loved it. I went today to have it trimmed again, and the lady who cut it was lovely as usual. However, I asked for my fringe to be kept long and not to go above my eyebrows because I like it more lengthy, just not to the point of jabbing my eyes. She said okay and cut it above my eyebrows, which makes it look very short on my face. The fringe wasn’t cut terribly I suppose, although the right side had a chunk left that had not been cut? The fringe was originally cut to be in a rounded shape to fit my face shape, but the lady today cut it straight across but somehow missed the longer part that made it rounded - so I basically had a blunt fringe with about an inch of outgrown length still sticking out on the side. I had to fix that at home and it looks ok now. Not a terrible haircut or disaster, but just not what I asked for - and this is the second time she has made it too short.
