I didn't have a prior appointment but was relieved to find out they accept walk-ins, which was very convenient for me. Emma is absolutely brilliant! This was my first time getting any treatments done, and she was incredibly patient, kind, and funny. Not to mention, she is a fabulous individual. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my eyebrows and waxing. The salon has a wonderful family-like atmosphere that I adore.
